Ambassador Mick (Dimension -AZ21) is.....exactly what his name implies. He's the ""Citadel/HQ of Micks (aka currently located in a cardboard box in the center of the citadel WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY IN A CONVENTION CENTER)"" self-appointed leader and professionally speaks for all Micks in every dimension....even if they don't agree with what he's saying.

All Micks (who aren't in a twinverse who are simply there as a placeholder), are Ricks who went down the path of fully studying time travel instead of interdimensional travel. And since -AZ21 the Mick, he believes the future of the Citadel lies in the hands of extremely complicated interdimensional-time travel which nobody has fully been able to successfully do in this specific time line just yet.
